Symptoms

You've signed into Workspace and would like to connect to one of the FCM modules -- Close Manager (CM), Account Reconciliation Manager (ARM) or Supplemental Data Manager (SDM).  An error appears when you click any of these links: "Invalid or could not find module configuration 'arm.actrec'".  A second login screen may appear.
