Symptoms
After cloning an OBI environment, logging into the BI Publisher URL (/xmlpserver) fails with the error 'Server not intialized, Please make sure the repository is ready.'
The OBI URL login (/analytics) works.
The following error is repeated in the BI Publisher log.
