Symptoms

Error ""404 Not Found"" received when attempting to access the FR Web Studio from EPM Workspace

Changes

An FR patch was recently applied to the environment.  The mod_wl_ohs.conf file was modified per the instructions in the Patch ReadMe document, under the "OHS Web Servers" subsection.
