Analytics authentication fails and also search for LDAP user while adding to an application Role in EM throws exception, when OBIEE 12.2.1.3.0 on AIX is configured with LDAP SSL

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
OBIEE 12.2.1.3.0 installed on AIX with IBM JDK 1.8.0_144. After configuring LDAP authentication provider with SSL for authentication, login to analytics failed and also search for LDAP user while adding a member to an application role, in EM throws exception.

LDAP users shows up in the users and groups tab in weblogic console. Also login to weblogic console with LDAP user works ok.

On the same machine with OBIEE 12.2.1.0.0 with IBM JDK 1.8.0 with LDAP SSL works ok. Also OBIEE 12.2.1.3.0 with LDAP SSL on Windows/Linux environments work ok.

The issue is specific to AIX and JDK version used.
