FDMEE Not Clearing Cell Text Completely (Doc ID 2381950.1)

Symptoms

Customer using Data Copy feature (Logging to application -> Consolidation Menu ->  Data ->  Manage -> Data Copy) ,to Copy Data from Source POV to Target POV

In Data Copy Options, if Select Mode as "Replace" and "Cell Text" is Unchecked then Replace option Clears Cell Text in Target POV even "CELL Text" is not selected
