Symptoms

You found following error message in obis1-diagnostic.log file:

[OBIS] [ERROR:1] ... The connection with Cluster Controller XXX was lost.
------------------

All the OBIEE system components and WebLogic Servers were running normally, and there were no issues reported from end users.
