OBIEE 12c: Unexpected Prompt For User Name And Password During OBIEE Server Startup (Doc ID 2389632.1)

Goal

Scenario: Usually when starting OBIEE 12c server by running the command :. ./start.sh (Path: <ORACLE_HOME>/user_projects/domains/bifoundation_domain/bitools/bin), the OBIEE 12c will start every instances of server automatically without prompting for Administrator's login name and password. However, OBIEE 12c Server sometimes prompts for values of username and password after running the start.sh command, as follows:

Reading domain...

/Servers/AdminServer/ListenPort=9500

Accessing admin server using URL t3://localhost.localdomain:9500

Requesting credentials ...

Enter Weblogic login details at prompt

Weblogic Username: 


Question: Under what situation, the OBIEE12c Server would ask to input credential information for startup purpose? How to bypass this step?
