After Changing IP Addresses on Planning Servers Load Balancing Link No Longer Works (Doc ID 2390534.1)

Symptoms

An EPM 11.1.2.4.004 environment has 4 Hyperion planning servers accessed by a load balancing link.   Two of the planning servers (02, 04) were moved to a new location with an IP address change. After the move, it was determined that the load balancing link doesn't work but the server direct links to Planning servers 02,03 and 04 work still.  But the 01 Planning server direct link doesn't work anymore.



Changes

 Two of four clustered Planning servers were moved to a new location and their IP addresses were changed.
