Symptoms

On Oracle Business Intelligence Suite Enterprise Edition 12c, Analytics:

Unable to deliver a Report with the size 15 MB (both csv and excel) via Agent in OBIEE 12c. 

saw log shows below error :

Oracle BI Presentation Server Error: A fatal error occurred while processing the request. The server responded with: A fatal error occurred while processing the request. The server responded with: Failed in writing XLSX tmp file.. [[
