Symptoms
On Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) Version 12.2.1.3.0
After migrating from OBIEE 11.1.1.7 to OBIEE 12.2.1.3, the Active Directory LDAP configuration fails with error ' Resource temporarily unavailable[53001] LDAP initialization failure. '
In OBIEE 11.1.1.7, Active Directory LDAP is configured in RPD using Init Block method. Same RPD migrated to OBIEE 12c instance.
This issue occurs on fresh installation of OBIEE 12.2.1.3 also.
ERROR
Changes
Create a JAR file for the OBIEE Instance 11.1.1.7 and import the JAR file into OBIEE 12c Instance.
