Unable to Insert Usage Tracking Data Into a SQL Server Database (Doc ID 2394045.1)

Symptoms

You have setup Usage Tracking as per the instructions in the System Administrator's Guide and are using a SQL Server database to store the data.

However, no data is stored and you see this error in the obis component log (<DOMAIN_HOME>/servers/obisn/logs/obisn-diagnosticn.log):
