OBIEE 12c : Agent Sending The Incorrect Result

Symptoms

On OBIEE 12.2.1.2.0 version

After migrating to OBIEE 12.2.1.2.0 from OBIEE 11G, the agents that were successful in 11g were showing inconsistent behavior in 12c environment. Below are the symptoms - 

1. Agent run is successful and reports delivery is also successful. However, The row level security is not getting applied for the sessions and the users are receiving reports with incorrect data.
2. This issue occurs random and intermittent.
3. The users and groups are from Active Directory.
4. There was no issue in OBIEE 11g.

Changes

 No other changes except migrating to OBIEE 12.2.1.2.0 from OBIEE 11G
