Symptoms


When analysis/dashboard reports are downloaded using Excel 2007 option, the datetime/timestamp column formats are changing.

Example:

  1. The data at the database is 15.07.2017 00:00:00
  2. The data on the analytics report is 15:07:2017
  3. The data on the downloaded excel sheet is 14:07:2017 23:00:00
