OBIEE12c: Analytics Application Is Not Accessible Due To "javax.naming.NameNotFoundException" Error When Using RAC Database For RCU (Doc ID 2397081.1)

Symptoms

After OBIEE is installed and configured, analytics and BI publisher(xmlpserver) are not accessible and it fails with "500 -Internal server error". However weblogic console and EM works fine.

wsm-pm deployment is in failed status. When tried starting this deployment, it fails with below error :
