Unable To Send Email From HFM Process Control (Doc ID 2398303.1)

On : version, Configuration/Administration

User has configured smtp server for HFM in order to send emails during phase promotion as per admin guide but the email is not sent.

Email sent on execution

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Checked all the setting:
1. Configure SMTP: Correct settings and email Id

2. Checked the telnet your SMTP Server for response: Working correctly

3. User Set up and check Scenario Support Process Management - A and checking HSS whether it is configured for Email configuration

3. Verify email from Task Flow

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot receive the email after phase submission
