On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, Analytics

When Running Agent it is not running under correct user IDs. It appears to be running as a single user.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up Agent to run a job.
2. Agent runs and fails with error.
3. When Running Agent does not appear to be running under correct user IDs.
