Symptoms

On : 11.1.2.4.102 version, Patching/Maintenance

When attempting to install FCM patch 102
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Access denied Opatch failed with error code 115


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to FCM server
2. Install FCM patch 102
