Planning Composite Web Form - Does not fire off business rule with RTP Parameter when launched from smartview

When we use a Composite form under Hyperion Planning, enter data and launch business rule it works correctly.
When we use the same Composite form under Smartview, enter data and launch business rule it is not launching with the correct RTP parameters from the page pov 

RTP parameters should be picked from the page and POV
