OBIEE 12.2.1.3.0: With Chrome, "Failed- Network Error." When Downloading PDF

Symptoms
The issue is specific to Chrome browser (tested on Version 67.0.3396.87). Try to download PDF from the following navigation, it returns "Failed- Network Error."
- Platform: Microsoft Windows
- Product Version: 12.2.1.3

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
--------------------------
1.Dashboard > Tire Icon > Print > Printable PDF
2.Preview Page with 3 icons:
- Rotate Clockwise
- Download
3.Click Download button.
Then, the window pops up and you can define the file name and the directory that you want to save. The default file name is "saw.dll."
When to save, you got "Failed- Network Error."
Workaround:
- With using Firefox52.8.0, Untitled Analysis.pdf can be downloaded.
- With using Internet Explorer11, saw.pdf can be downloaded.
