Symptoms

When attempting to set up a cloud target application for an Essbase application in FDMEE on premise, the following error occurs.

Error
Too many objects match the primary key oracle.jbo.Key [35 CLOUD_URL...]
Attribute PropertyValueID in TargetApplPropertyEO is required
Too many objects match the primary key oracle.jbo.Key[35  CLOUD_USER ....
Too many objects match the primary key oracle.jbo.Key[35   CLOUD_DOMAIN...]
