Smart View: Error When Performing an Ad-hoc Analysis : "member not found" (Doc ID 2420949.1)

Symptoms

Some users are using the Office version 2016 version (16.0.10228.20021) with SmartView in the version (11.1.2.5.720) and when performing an Ad-hoc analysis they are getting "member not found" error. However, when using previous versions for example 16.0.9226.2114, it works without problems.
