OBIEE 220.127.116.11.0: Unable to Save the Repository that Has Been Changed in Online Mode

You opened a repository in online mode by using OBI Administration Tool, and then you changed the repository (e.g. adding/renaming a database in Physical Layer or anything).
When you try to save it, "Save" button is gray-out and you cannot click it. You also tried to open File menu, but the "Save" is gray-out too.
Install Oracle BI Client Tool 22.214.171.124 on Windows.
