Symptoms

On: Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition

Using Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control to manage/control the components and configured targets.

-- Under Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control you have configured targets. 

-- Enterprise ->Incident Manager -> Target Name 

when search for the incident and problems, find errors like below

MESSAGE : [ServletContext@<NNNNNNNN>[app:em module:/em path:/em spec-version:2.5]] Servlet failed with Exception
