The following error messages are logged in obis1-diagnostic.log when nQS_EX_xxx.TMP file remains with size 0kb.

[2018-07-11T09:11:33.854+00:00] [OBIS] [ERROR:1] [] [] [ecid: ] [sik: ssi][tid: 1a08] [nQSError: 46073] Operation 'remove()' on file <DOMAIN_HOME>\servers\obis1\tmp\obis_temp\nQS_EX_xxxx_xx_xxxxxxxxx_xxxxxx.TMP' failed with error: (0) No OS error condition. [[file: server\Utility\Generic\File\SUGFileUtility.cpp; line: 103


For example, you can see the error easily with the following steps using SampleAppLite.

1. Log in BIEE.

2. Open the dashboard:  Dashboard "QuickStart" -> "Order Details"
    Location: /Shared Folders/Sample Lite/Dashboards/QuickStart/Order Details

3. Click "Refresh."

4. Check the following folder. You will see nQS_EX_xxx.TMP file remains with size 0 kb.

The above error messages are logged in obis1-diagnostic.log.
