Not Able To Login To DRM (Doc ID 2426539.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.2.4.344 version, Configuration/Administration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Not able to login to DRM

After provisioning access to a user, the user is not able to login to DRM and not able to see provisioned roles in DRM administer.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The user has to log in to the DRM application

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Provision the roles to the user
2. Open the DRM Web Client Login page
3. Enter correct Username and Password to log in to Web Client.

 

Error Message:

Unable to create session. User must have at least one role.

Changes

 Disabled "Enable common user provisioning" option in DRM Configuration Console screen.
