ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Workspace page not launching shows page cannot be displayed.

Port 19000 not listening and while starting OPMN error message

httpd.worker:  not found

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Workspace should launch without error

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch workspace in IE

Due to this issue, users cannot login to workspace and run reports
