Symptoms

Answers query failed with timeout error with JDBC datasource

Error:

Error Codes: OPR4ONWY:U9IM8TAC:U9IM8TAC:U9IM8TAC:U9IM8TAC:OI2DL65P
State: HY000. Code: 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred. (HY000)
State: HY000. Code: 43113. [nQSError: 43113] Message returned from OBIS. (HY000)
State: HY000. Code: 43119. [nQSError: 43119] Query Failed: (HY000)
State: HY000. Code: 46169. [nQSError: 46169] An HTTP operation to host:port timed out after 60 seconds. Operation aborted. (HY000) 


Setup:

  1. Open uploaded RPD using BI Admin Tool
  2. Load Java Data Sources
  3. Enter Hostname, Port, UserName, Password
  4. Then go to the Physical Database
  5. Connection Pool has the correct url info for the JNDI data source


Reports are working fine with JDBC datasource when queries take less than 60 sec.
But if query runs more than 60 sec it timeouts.
