Unable To Open The Data Management From EPM Workspace (Doc ID 2428905.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
FDMEE show Failure of server APACHE bridge when open from Workspace

When open the FDMEE in workspace, after the tab is opened, it show a blank page only.
After waiting for several mins, it shows errors:

From Firefox, it shows:
Failure of server APACHE bridge: Internal Server failure, APACHE plugin. Cannot continue.

From Internet Explorer, it shows:
The website cannot display the page. HTTP 500

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Data Management Page should be opened.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to EPM Workspace
2. Go to Navigator -> Administer -> Data Management

Changes

 Upgraded to latest version of FDMEE.
