Validation Report Does Not Get Generated Through Data Load Workbench in FDMEE (Doc ID 2430277.1)

Symptoms

 When clicking on "Generate Intersection Report" option in Data Load Workbench to look for the error, the PDF file gets generated but it is empty(0 bytes in size). When attempt to open the same PDF file, it shows an error :

"Adobe Reader could not open xx.pdf because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded). "

This issue happens both Online and Offline mode as well. It was also seen that sometimes it works in Online mode but Offline mode fails with the same issue.

Process.log shows the following error:

DEBUG [AIF]: There were intersection errors. Please find \\servername\FDMDATA\outbox\MHBG_10216_VALIDATE.xml

ERROR [AIF]: The script has failed to execute:

FATAL [AIF]: Error in Comm.executeJythonScript

Steps to Replicate

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Access Data Management from Workspace->Navigate->Administer->Data Management

2. Set the integration for file based load to HFM through FDMEE 

3. Enable "Check Intersection" in Target Options 

4. Make sure Intersection check should fail 

5. Run data load rule or run the import process from Data Load workbench

6. When the validation errors out, click on Data Load workbench > Validation Errors > Generate Intersection Check Report 

7. If click on Validation error, nothing shows up.

8. Now, click on "Generate Intersection Report" and the PDF file that gets created is Empty(0 KB in size)

If tries to open the same pdf file, it returns with the error as:

"Adobe Reader could not open xx.pdf because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded). "
