OBIEE 12c: After Applying Patch 26486414 the Login for Visual Analyzer is not working correctly using Lightweight SSO

Information in this document applies to any platform.
You configured Lightweight SSO with Visualization Analyzer(VA) and Analytics according to Document 2202011.1.
If you log out from VA, BIEE also logs out.
Log in to VA again, It was able to log in successfully.
This is the expected action.
However, after applying patch 26428614,
when you log in to VA again, unable to log in successfully.
Steps to reproduce:
New -> Visual Analyzer Projects
You can log in to VA without User ID/Password
In VA, select object then Add to project.
In VA, click on user name in the upper right and sign out.
You should sign out from VA.
In this screen (VA sign in screen),
Input User ID and Password again to sign in to VA.
First, the sign in screen is displayed again and the URL becomes
Here, enter User ID and Password again,
The browser displays
Error 404--Not Found
