After upgrading to 220.127.116.11.xx, SQL Server appears to run into extensive locking issues during the last stage of a data load. The locks appear to be on the ARM_SUMMARY_AMOUNTS table, lock looks similar to this:
(@P1 numeric(38,0))SELECT SUMMARY_AMOUNT_ID, RECONCILIATION_ACCOUNT_ID, PERIOD_ID, BUCKET_ID, SUMMARY_TYPE, AMOUNTS, OBJECT_VERSION_NUMBER, LAST_UPDATE_LOGIN, LAST_UPDATED_BY, LAST_UPDATE_DATE, CREATED_BY, CREATION_DATE FROM ARM_SUMMARY_AMOUNTS WITH (HOLDLOCK, ROWLOCK) WHERE SUMMARY_AMOUNT_ID=@P1
