When Connecting With Oracle BI Mobile iOS (v20) To An OBIEE 11g Server, You Get a Blank SSO Login Screen (Doc ID 2436637.1)

Symptoms

You are connecting from Oracle BI Mobile v20 on iOS to an Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) 11.1.1.9 server that does not have any Single Sign-On (SSO) enabled.

After entering your server URL and tapping connect, you are directed to a blank SSO login screen instead of the expected OBI login screen.

Changes

 Update to v20 of the Oracle BI Mobile app from the Apple iOS App Store
