HFM Java service will not start on SSL port 9092 after applying 11.1.2.4.206 in SSL enabled environment (Doc ID 2439417.1)

Symptoms

HFM Java service will not start on SSL port 9092 after applying 11.1.2.4.206 in SSL enabled environment.

The following error is observed in HyS9FinancialManagementJavaServer-sysout.log

Location: Drive:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\epmsystem1\diagnostics\logs\services

Error:
