Symptoms
Unable to add the Analytic Provider Server (APS) in Essbase Administration Services Console (EAS). Errors with:

Steps to replicate:
1. Login to Essbase Administration Services (EAS) Console.
2. Right Click the Provider Servers.
3. Add Provider Server.
4. Enter the Provider Server URL.
