Symptoms

Obtain error when selecting file from Inbox in FDM Classic.

  "Error: Path does not exist or access denied."


Wireshark (https://www.wireshark.org/) shows the following;

  Session Setup Request, NTLMSSP_NEGOTIATE
  Session Setup Response, Error: STATUS_MORE_PROCESSING_REQUIRED,
  NTLMSSP_CHALLENGE
  Session Setup Response, NTLMSSP_AUTH, User: \
  Session Setup Response,
  Tree Connect Request Tree:\\servername\d$
  Tree Connect Response, Error: STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED
