Symptoms
When a user tries opening the catalog from administrator tab in analytics page it is taking hours to see userlist:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Admin -> Manage Privileges -> Catalog -> Admin View -> User Folder
Each takes about an hour.
