When a ruleset is run manually in Planning or in Smart View or when a ruleset is executed when a ruleset is run when a form is saved or loaded, the Planning Job Console does not show the correct order that the individual rules ran within the ruleset.  The rules stop and start times in the Job Console show that they ran in the correct order but the Planning Job Console does not display in the same order as the rules  had run within  a ruleset. Generally the incorrect order is displayed when there is a large number of rules within a ruleset. The Job Console displaying the rules in incorrect order is also intermittent for the same ruleset
