Symptoms

You are trying to export a service instance by using:

$ cd <DOMAIN_HOME>/bitools/bin
$ ./export_service_instance.sh <service key> <bar location>

But the process fails and you see these messages:

...
<timestamp> oracle.bi.metadata.util.RpdMetadataUtil executeBiCmd

<timestamp> oracle.bi.metadata.util.RpdMetadataUtil executeBiCmd
WARNING: Process has exit value 127
...

If you try to run the obieerpdpwdchg.sh script separately, you also get an error:

$ ./obieerpdpwdchg.sh -I <repository_path> -O <new_repository_path>
<ORACLE_HOME>/bi/bifoundation/server/bin/obieerpdpwdchg: symbol lookup error: <ORACLE_HOME>/bi/bifoundation/server/bin/obieerpdpwdchg: undefined symbol: <symbol>
