Export Service Instance Fails With "symbol lookup" Error (Doc ID 2454990.1)

You are trying to export a service instance by using:

$ cd <DOMAIN_HOME>/bitools/bin
$ ./ <service key> <bar location>

But the process fails and you see these messages:

<timestamp> executeBiCmd
INFO: <ORACLE_HOME>/bi/bifoundation/server/bin/obieerpdpwdchg: symbol lookup error: <ORACLE_HOME>/bi/bifoundation/server/bin/obieerpdpwdchg: undefined symbol: <symbol>
<timestamp> executeBiCmd
WARNING: Process has exit value 127

If you try to run the script separately, you also get an error:

$ ./ -I <repository_path> -O <new_repository_path>
<ORACLE_HOME>/bi/bifoundation/server/bin/obieerpdpwdchg: symbol lookup error: <ORACLE_HOME>/bi/bifoundation/server/bin/obieerpdpwdchg: undefined symbol: <symbol>
