Symptoms

Copying an ASO application errors with:

[Thu Oct 04 03:08:19 2018]Local/ESSBASE0///7460/Warning(1056228)
Cannot copy block storage to aggregate storage or vice versa. Copy will use same storage as original.
[Thu Oct 04 03:08:19 2018]Local/ESSBASE0///7460/Error(1053002)
Cannot create application directory: \Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\epmsystem4\EssbaseServer\essbaseserver1\app\appname [Permission denied]
[Thu Oct 04 03:08:19 2018]Local/ESSBASE0///7460/Error(1051115)
Failed to copy application [appname]
