OBIEE 12c: "Specified driver could not be loaded" Error When Using nqcmd.sh After Upgrade (Doc ID 2457677.1)

Symptoms

You have a script configured to clear the cache periodically and after upgrading your BIEE installation when you try to execute the following error is displayed:

<DOMAIN_HOME>/bitools/bin/nqcmd.sh -d AnalyticsWeb -u <username> -p <password> -s <path>/purgecache.txt

Connect open failed

purgecache.txt has one line:

call SAPurgeAllCache();
