OBIEE 12c: Configure web services for SOA - "Error 500--Internal Server Error" (Doc ID 2460073.1)

Symptoms

On : Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition 12.2.1.3.0 version

Configured web services for SOA with OBIEE 12c using Doc ID 2092163.1: OBIEE 12c Steps to Configure Web Services For SOA.

After the configuration the inspection URL errors out.

http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:9502/biservices/inspection?wsil

Error :

    500--Internal Server Error

    From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:

    10.5.1 500 Internal Server Error

    The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.

Found the below exception in BI Server logs.

java.security.AccessControlException: Access denied ("oracle.security.jps.service.credstore.CredentialAccessPermission" "context=SYSTEM,mapName=oracle.bi.enterprise,keyName=wsil.browsing" "read").
