OBIEE 11g: Users See Cached Answers Pages After Logout And Re-login (Doc ID 2461748.1)

Symptoms

You are using init block authorization. Responsibilities are assigned via roles and respective EBS Responsibilities in RDBMS table, storing users and responsibilities.

A "user A" has setup responsibilities R1 and R2 in the SSO to give different access in BIEE. If user selects responsibility R1, connects to BIEE, run reports, then logs off,
and logs back in with responsibility R2, the BIEE seems to log the user with the old responsibility R1 as user gets access to folders/reports for R1 and not R2. It appears as if 
BIEE cache files locally related to responsibility are used and those not cleared upon user logoff.

This issue occurs in OBIEE non production instance which is on 11.1.1.9.180417, production does not have this issue and it is on OBIEE 11.1.1.9.
