OBIEE 11g|12c: Uninstall and Reintall SmartView Blocks Using VBA InsertView

Symptoms
On SmartView 11.1.2.5.710 :
- Unistalled Smart View via Control panel
- Reinstalled the same Smart View version with Administrator user
Running VBA InsertView works fine when you install the smart view first, but the following issue reproduced after uninstall and reinstall.
- Can not run Macro or VBA InsertView
- Error returned when running VBA macro
