Error: "Data source name not found and no default driver specified" When Creating Applications in HFM (Doc ID 2471165.1)

Symptoms

When creating new application, users are receiving error, "Error: EPMHFM-66054: The system was unable to find the Datasource process for application"

The Application will be created regardless of the error but the same error occurs when trying to open the application.Below error in the Application ODL Log

"Data source name not found and no default driver specified"

Changes

 Windows User account control (UAC) was not disabled during the installation / configuration of EPM
