When Accessing EPMA Dimension Server from Workspace Windows Event Viewer Error: "The current identity (IIS APPPOOL\DefaultAppPool) does not have write access to 'c:\temp'" (Doc ID 2471504.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to open Dimension Library from Workspace, the following error is displayed in Workspace
HTTP transport error:javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: oracle.j2ee.ws.saaj.ContentTypeException: Not a valid SOAP Content-Type: text/html; charset=utf-8

The Windows Event Viewer on the EPMA Dimension Server Windows server has the following erorr

 <Data>IIS APPPOOL\DefaultAppPool</Data> 
 <Data>HttpException</Data> 
 <Data>The current identity (IIS APPPOOL\DefaultAppPool) does not have write access to 'c:\temp'. at System.Web.HttpRuntime.SetUpCodegenDirectory(CompilationSection compilationSection) at System.Web.HttpRuntime.HostingInit(HostingEnvironmentFlags hostingFlags, PolicyLevel policyLevel, Exception appDomainCreationException)</Data>
