Symptoms
On Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition(OBIEE) 12.2.1.3.180116 Version,
- The Drill-down functionality does not work after migration from OBIEE 11g while using more than 16 columns in the analysis.
- If the number of columns reduced, drill down works as expected.
- Tried the solution provided in the following KM document - "Hierarchy Drilling Issues In OBIEE 12.2.1.0.0 and 12.2.1.1.0 Linux (Doc ID 2191004.1)" i.e., applied the patch <Patch 24566569>, still issue persists.
- When drilling through hierarchical object in analysis with more than 16 columns, getting the below error.
