OBIEE 12c: Reports Failed With Error ORA-03113 Intermittently

On; Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition
Reports failed with error ORA-03113.
Moreover, if try to restart it several times, the error disappears and the report is processed correctly.
Tried with below solution but still getting issue intermittently
Disable Out Of Band Breaks (OOB) as detailed below:
1. Create a sqlnet.ora file in
OBIEE 22.214.171.124.0 /user_projects/domains/bi/bidata/components/core/serviceinstances/ssi/oracledb/sqlnet.ora
