OBIEE 12c: Reports Failed With Error ORA-03113 Intermittently (Doc ID 2473789.1)

Symptoms

On; Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition

Reports failed with error ORA-03113.

Moreover, if  try to restart it several times, the error disappears and the report is processed correctly.

Tried with below solution but still getting issue intermittently

Disable Out Of Band Breaks (OOB) as detailed below:

1. Create a sqlnet.ora file in

Path: OBIEE 12.2.1.3.0 /user_projects/domains/bi/config/fmwconfig/bienv/core/sqlnet.ora
OBIEE 12.2.1.4.0 /user_projects/domains/bi/bidata/components/core/serviceinstances/ssi/oracledb/sqlnet.ora

2. Edit the file and add the following:

DISABLE_OOB=ON

3. Restart OBIEE

 Migrated from OBIEE 11g to 12c
