OBIEE Upgrade To 12.2.1.4 Not Overwriting MapViewerConfig.xml (Doc ID 2474792.1)

Symptoms

Upgrading OBIEE 12.2.1.1.0 to 12.2.1.4.0 following

8.8.3 of Oracle Fusion Middle ware Upgrading Oracle Business Intelligence 12c (12.2.1.4.0) E91877-02 May 2018, Reconfigure Domain

After reconfigure domain completes, section 8.9, of the same document says to restore original mapViewerConfig.xml.  User noticed mapViewerConfig.xml file is not overwritten after reconfigure domain.
