OBIEE 12.2.1.4: Dashboard With FusionFx and BLAFP Styles Adds A Black Line on The Top of Dashboard Page

Symptoms
In 12.2.1.4 an extended line appears at the top of the page below the tabs when working with FusionFx or BLAFP (Browser Look and Feel Plus) style.
This occurs on Dashboards if more than one page is created.
Extra line also shows up analysis criteria page too. After page it is not showing up.
This issue happens with following styles only:
- blafp
- FusionFx
and NOT with:
- Default (Atla)
- Alta
- Fuse
- Skyros
- Skyroscloud

Steps to reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced with samplesales rpd at will with the following steps:
- In the Catalog create a directory bug.
- In the catalog directory bug create a dashboard
- Now create a new page on the dashboard
- Now select the Dashboards Properties and select FusionFx or blafp
- Save all and run it.
- An Extra black line appears on the top of dashboard page
