When in a Dashboard and you select a prompt that has a where clause with value set to IS NULL, trying to do a Search on the prompt brings up no values (Doc ID 2477002.1)

Symptoms


When trying to Search on a Dashboard prompt that has a where clause
set to IS NULL, the prompt returns no values.

In 12.2.1.3,
On the Dashboard page, the user selects a prompt which has no values.
Chooses the search option.
In the Select values screen, the user inputs data and chooses to Search.
No values appear.

In 11.1.1.7, if you follow the same steps:
In the Select values screen, the user inputs the same data and chooses to Search.
The value appears properly
